Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Sapphire Automation & Design Inc. (operating as "MultiModel," and referred to here as "MultiModel," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the MultiModel website and service at multimodel.co (the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

MultiModel lets you send a prompt to multiple third-party AI models at once, compare their responses, run follow-up questions, and test variations of a prompt. The Service routes your prompts to third-party AI providers and returns their responses to you; it does not itself generate AI responses.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it current. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. If you create or administer a workspace, you are responsible for the users you invite and for managing their access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
  • violate the terms, usage policies, or acceptable-use rules of any AI provider your prompts are sent to;
  • submit another person's personal or confidential information without the right to do so;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or its security; or
  • resell or provide the Service to third parties except through workspace features we offer.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

4. Third-party AI providers

The Service depends on third-party AI providers (which may include Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, and DeepSeek). When you run a prompt, its content is sent to the provider(s) you select. Your use of those providers through the Service is also subject to their terms and policies, and you agree to comply with them. We do not control these providers and are not responsible for their availability, changes, pricing, or the content of their outputs. A provider outage or change may affect or interrupt the Service.

5. AI output disclaimer

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or otherwise unsuitable, and different models may disagree. The Service's comparisons and summaries are provided to help you evaluate responses, not to guarantee that any response is correct. Outputs are not professional advice (including legal, medical, financial, or tax advice). You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding whether and how to rely on or use them.

6. Bring your own keys (BYOK)

You may connect your own API keys from third-party AI providers. If you do, you are responsible for those keys, for your accounts with those providers, and for any charges those providers bill you directly. MultiModel adds no markup to BYOK usage. You authorize us to use your keys solely to make the model requests you initiate through the Service, and you agree to keep your keys accurate and to have the right to use them.

7. Platform Credits and billing

Prepaid credits at cost. As an alternative to BYOK, you may purchase Platform Credits and run models on our provider keys. Platform Credits are sold at cost: the amount you pay converts to the same amount of credit (for example, US$10 paid becomes US$10 of credit), and we take no margin on model usage. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Using credits. Each model run on our keys draws down your credit balance based on the provider's cost for that run, recorded in a usage ledger. Applicable taxes may be added at purchase.

Non-refundable. Except where a refund is required by applicable law, Platform Credits are non-refundable, have no cash value, and are not transferable.

Budgets and balances. Budgets and spending limits are pre-flight estimates and a best-effort control, not a guarantee. Because runs can launch in parallel, a balance may briefly go slightly negative before the next run is blocked; you remain responsible for the resulting usage, which is applied against your balance or next purchase. You are responsible for all usage and charges incurred under your account.

Changes. We may change pricing, minimum top-up amounts, or credit mechanics on a going-forward basis, and will make current terms available in the Service.

8. Intellectual property

Our rights. We own the Service and all related software, content, and trademarks, except for your content and third-party materials. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms.

Your content. You retain your rights in the prompts and materials you submit ("Inputs"). As between you and us, and to the extent permitted by the applicable AI provider's terms and by law, you own the responses returned to you ("Outputs"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit your Inputs and Outputs as needed to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for your Inputs and for your use of Outputs.

Feedback. If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if necessary to protect the Service or others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; unused Platform Credits are treated as set out in Section 7; and provisions that by their nature should survive (including Sections 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, and 12) will survive.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any Output will be accurate or suitable for your purposes.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MultiModel and Sapphire Automation & Design Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or CA$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MultiModel and Sapphire Automation & Design Inc. from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Inputs, your use of the Service or Outputs, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any AI provider's terms or any law or third-party rights.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the courts located in Ontario, Canada will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

15. General

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements on that subject. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
